Entologi Acquires RTS

On 20th October 2010, The Board of Entologi Ltd exchanged contracts with RTS PLC to acquire their operating businesses. RTS is an AIM list engineering group based in Irlam with a current turnover of £10m and a skilled workforce of 90 persons.

RTS Group has three operating business, RTS Life Science Ltd, RTS Flexible Systems Ltd and RTS Life Science US LLC. These will now operate as one business unit called RTS and will continue to be headed by Gary Walsh, the CEO of the PLC. Gary will also join the main board of Entologi.

The board of Entologi believe that with the administration and cost release of a stock market listed operation and a structured growth strategy, that the business will flourish in their market sectors, all of which are experiencing recovery.
