RTS - Sold 1st April 2011
On 1st April HMK Automation Group sold RTS Life Science Ltd to Brooks Automation for $3.3m net of cash. HMK successfully extracted RTS Life Science Ltd from Hephestus PLC in November 2010, turned around the commercial, technical and sales operations and established a robust business that delivered £1m turnover per month and £100K profit per month. Brooks will now make substantial investment within the life Science sector and take RTS on towards its market leading potential.
